Mankind has always had a fascination with the vagaries of climate and its many and that fascination has been brought to our homes. with the popularity of the station Wireless Weather.
These nifty little gadgets monitor the temperature, air pressure, humidity, wind speed and direction, rain and even the intensity of precipitation! And also come with a built-in alarm to warn of severe weather that future storms. These alarms operate on the principle that a sudden storm is preceded by a rapid drop in air pressure. Simple, but smart. My alarm is normally triggered once or twice a year, but if you live in an area renowned for extreme weather conditions in a wireless weather station can be very handy.
